Process Control

Process control is an engineering discipline relating to the architectures, mechanisms, and calculations for controlling output of the casting process. The key to producing a consistently high quality product rests in the attention to detail given to the design, development and implement action of the procedures employed at each step of the process.  

Our process control engineers develop detailed process plans which are implemented through our shop floor data terminals controlled by our Odyssey™ management software.  Operators have real time access to controlled documents relating to each part in process, and all our engineers have in-depth knowledge of testing, start-up procedures, and system integration options to help deliver a quality product to our customers.
