Floor/Loop Molding: Three air set operations featuring Palmer mixers of 500 lbs./min and 1,000 lbs./min utilizing silica and chromite sands. Supported by a vibratory sand reclamation system. Typically casting weight range of 100 to 20,000 pounds. (45.5 kgs. to 9,091 kgs.)

Herman Mold Master: 48" x 60" flask. 20" cope over 20" drag. Capable of producing 220 molds per (8) hour shift. Casting weight capacity ranges from 75 to 1,500 pounds. (34 kgs. to 682 kgs.)
