Core Room

Our Core Room facilities compliment the demands of our molding capacity. We produce cores from silica, zircon and chromite sands using the following processes:

Oil sand - Core blowers and shooters (bench-work)

CO2 - Core blowers and shooters (bench-work)
Air set - Bench and floor
Shell Core - Six (6) U-180 Shalco semi-automatics. 24" x 27" Max. size
